Centreon closes 2022 with 120 new customers, a workforce of 160, and a global revenue growth of 22%.

Paris & Toronto, February 21, 2023Centreon, a leader in digital performance monitoring, announces today its 2022 results and strategic outlook for 2023. Despite the economic slowdown, Centreon posted a sustained growth rate of 22% in 2022, marking a fourth year of successive growth and doubling revenues in just two years.

  • Following a 56% growth in 2021, Centreon achieved a 22% growth in 2022, doubling revenues in the course of two years,
  • Gained 120 new customers, including 17 new MSPs,
  • Signed 14 new partners, bringing the number of partners to 80,
  • Onboarded the first Centreon Cloud customers,
  • Acquisition in Italy, reinforcing Centreon’s international development and new market coverage,
  • Sponsored 5 AWS Summits (Paris, London, Milan, Toronto, and New York City), and obtained validated status in the AWS Partner Network program software path,
  • Designated Growth Champion (or Champion de la Croissance) by Les Echos and Statista for the 4th consecutive year.
  • Voted best “Network Monitoring Software” in the 2022 Palmarès de l’Informaticien. 
  • Hosted over 400 attendees at the second Centreon Summit User Conference,
  • Recruited 60 new employees, bringing the total workforce to 160,
  • Inaugurated new headquarters in the heart of Paris, including a new CSR-oriented collaborative space open to emerging talents,
  • Unveiled a new brand identity and website,
  • Recruited a Chief Customer Success Officer, Charlotte Warchol.

2023 Outlook

  • Continued growth and talent recruitment: Despite a global economy marked by inflation and uncertainty, Centreon forecasts over 25% growth for 2023.  
  • Accelerated Centreon Cloud adoption: Centreon will extend hosting capacity for SaaS customers to North America. In addition to the European region, Centreon Cloud is now hosted on AWS in North America, closer to customers and partners in this geographical area.  
  • Strengthening of technological partnerships: Centreon will continue adding technical and functional value of the Centreon platform to meet the market’s changing needs. 
  • New partner recruitment: Utilizing its Partner-First strategy and the ON program, Centreon intends to accelerate the recruitment of new Cloud-centric resellers and integrators across the globe.
  • International development: Centreon will be consolidating its European leadership with a focus on the France, Benelux, Italy, and Spain areas, while reinforcing its presence in North and South America.
