Ce tuto devrait vous permettre d\u2019identifier rapidement la cause du dysfonctionnement de votre Poller.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #84bd00;\">Deux cas o\u00f9 votre Poller ne fonctionne pas<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cas n\u00b01 : Le Poller est marqu\u00e9 comme inactif\u00a0sur la page de gestion des collecteurs<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"low\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-69060 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.centreon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/01_Centreon_poller_inactive.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"527\" height=\"254\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cas n\u00b02 : Les donn\u00e9es d\u2019un Poller sont indiqu\u00e9es comme n\u2019\u00e9tant plus mises \u00e0 jour<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"low\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-69066\" src=\"https:\/\/www.centreon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/02_Centreon_poller_not_updated.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"530\" height=\"256\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #84bd00;\">R\u00e9soudre cette anomalie dans Centreon 21.04 : un grand pouvoir entra\u00eene de grandes responsabilit\u00e9s (dixit Spiderman\u2026)<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour comprendre et r\u00e9soudre ces cas, nous utiliserons une plateforme Centreon 21.04 en architecture distribu\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0simple\u00a0\u00bb, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">un serveur Central embarquant les composants principaux de Centreon ainsi que les instances de Base de donn\u00e9es (IP 192.168.56.125)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">un Poller (IP 192.168.56.126)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans cet article, les commandes pass\u00e9es en SSH sur les serveurs utilisent <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">root<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Comme il est de coutume de le dire dans ces cas-l\u00e0, n\u2019oubliez pas qu\u2019un grand pouvoir entra\u00eene de grandes responsabilit\u00e9s\u00a0!<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #84bd00;\">Avoir en t\u00eate le fonctionnement d\u2019une plateforme<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Afin de mener une investigation cibl\u00e9e et efficace, il est n\u00e9cessaire de comprendre quels sont les \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui composent une plateforme Centreon et comment ceux-ci interagissent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voici un bref rappel sur un exemple de plateforme comprenant un serveur Central et un Poller\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"low\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-69072\" src=\"https:\/\/www.centreon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/03_Centreon_platform_central_poller.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"514\" height=\"275\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le moteur de supervision <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">centreon-engine<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> du Poller ex\u00e9cute les scripts de supervision (sondes) pour interroger les \u00e9quipements supervis\u00e9s<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les r\u00e9sultats sont remont\u00e9s au module <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">centreon-broker<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> du serveur Central en TCP\/5669 par le module <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cbmod<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> du Poller<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le module <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">centreon-broker<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> du Central traite les r\u00e9sultats, les transf\u00e8re en base de donn\u00e9es et lance la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration des graphiques de performance<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019interface Web reposant sur un serveur Apache et un backend PHP affiche les \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 l\u2019utilisateur<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le module <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">centreon-gorgone<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> se charge d\u2019exporter les configurations sur les Pollers et lance les commandes externes. Ces modules sont \u00e0 la fois pr\u00e9sents sur le serveur Central et sur les Pollers. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si votre Poller a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9 via les packages RPM sur un OS existant, il est possible que le firewall Linux soit toujours actif.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce point peut \u00eatre v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019aide de la commande suivante\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<pre><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">[root@centreon-central ~]# systemctl status firewalld\n<\/span>firewalld.service - firewalld - dynamic firewall daemon\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Loaded: loaded (\/usr\/lib\/systemd\/system\/firewalld.service; disabled; vendor preset: enabled)\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Active: inactive (dead)\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Docs: man:firewalld(1)<\/span><\/pre>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans le cas o\u00f9 cette commande retournerait un \u00e9tat \u00ab\u00a0active\u00a0\u00bb, stoppez puis d\u00e9sactivez le processus firewalld\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<pre><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">[root@centreon-central ~]# systemctl stop firewalld\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">[root@centreon-central ~]# systemctl disable firewalld<\/span><\/pre>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans le cas o\u00f9 une erreur de configuration serait identifi\u00e9e \u00e0 ce stade (par exemple, une adresse IP erron\u00e9e lors de la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un Poller), il sera n\u00e9cessaire de v\u00e9rifier et corriger l\u2019entr\u00e9e \u00e0 divers niveaux de la configuration de Centreon, nous verrons cela dans un un prochain article\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#x1f609;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #84bd00;\">V\u00e9rification 2 : Contr\u00f4le du bon fonctionnement de centreon-engine<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier le bon fonctionnement des instances du moteur de supervision. Dans cet exemple, les v\u00e9rifications se porteront sur le Poller mais la m\u00e9thode serait identique pour le module <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">centreon-engine<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> au niveau Central.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tout d\u2019abord, il faut v\u00e9rifier que le processus <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">centengine<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> est actif sur le Poller\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<pre><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">[root@centreon-poller ~]# systemctl status centengine\n<\/span>centengine.service - Centreon Engine\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Loaded: loaded (\/usr\/lib\/systemd\/system\/centengine.service; <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">enabled<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">; vendor preset: disabled)\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Active: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">active<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (running) since Wed 2021-02-10 09:56:35 CET; 1h 6min ago\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Main PID: 4463 (centengine)\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0CGroup: \/system.slice\/centengine.service\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u2514\u25004463 \/usr\/sbin\/centengine \/etc\/centreon-engine\/centengine.cfg<\/span><\/pre>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le processus doit \u00eatre affich\u00e9 comme \u00ab\u00a0active (running)\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0; il convient \u00e9galement de v\u00e9rifier que le processus est bien \u00ab\u00a0enabled\u00a0\u00bb. De cette mani\u00e8re, celui-ci d\u00e9marrera automatiquement avec le syst\u00e8me, dans le cas d\u2019un <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">reboot<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> serveur ou d\u2019une panne d\u2019alimentation par exemple.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans le cas d\u2019un \u00e9tat \u00ab\u00a0disabled\u00a0\u00bb, activez le service au d\u00e9marrage \u00e0 l\u2019aide de la commande suivante\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<pre><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">[root@centreon-poller ~]# systemctl enable centengine\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Created symlink from \/etc\/systemd\/system\/centreon.service.wants\/centengine.service to \/usr\/lib\/systemd\/system\/centengine.service.<\/span><\/pre>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans le cas o\u00f9 le processus serait d\u00e9faillant, la commande renverrait un message de ce type\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<pre><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">[root@poller ~]# systemctl status centengine\n<\/span>centengine.service - Centreon Engine\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Loaded: loaded (\/usr\/lib\/systemd\/system\/centengine.service; enabled; vendor preset: disabled)\n<\/span>\u00a0 \u00a0Active: inactive (dead) since Wed 2021-02-10 09:56:35 CET; 22s ago\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0Process: 22846 ExecReload=\/bin\/kill -HUP $MAINPID (code=exited, status=0\/SUCCESS)\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0Process: 4547 ExecStart=\/usr\/sbin\/centengine \/etc\/centreon-engine\/centengine.cfg (code=exited, status=0\/SUCCESS)\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Main PID: 4547 (code=exited, status=0\/SUCCESS)<\/span><\/pre>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Essayez alors de red\u00e9marrer le service\u00a0: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">systemctl restart centengine<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u00e9rifiez \u00e9galement les logs associ\u00e9s \u00e0 <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">centreon-engine<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dans le fichier <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\/var\/log\/centreon-engine\/centengine.log<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans la plupart des cas, ceux-ci vous indiqueront l\u2019origine du probl\u00e8me\u00a0; m\u00eames si ceux-ci sont relativement rares, on peut notamment citer\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Configuration SELinux<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Droits sur les r\u00e9pertoires et fichiers<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e9pendance ou librairie manquante\u2026<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #84bd00;\">V\u00e9rification 3 : contr\u00f4ler le bon fonctionnement et l\u2019interconnexion centreon-gorgone<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comme rapidement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ci-dessus, le module <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">centreon-gorgone<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (port\u00e9 par le processus <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">gorgoned<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) introduit dans Centreon 20.04 vise \u00e0 remplacer l\u2019ancien module <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">centcore<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce module fonctionne sur le principe d\u2019une connexion persistante client\/serveur l\u00e0 o\u00f9 l\u2019ancien module <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">centcore<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> initiait uniquement des connexions SSH et imposait un \u00e9change de cl\u00e9s pr\u00e9alable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans le cadre de l\u2019anomalie que nous traitons, il peut arriver que le module <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">centreon-gorgone<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> soit en cause, dans la mesure o\u00f9 celui-ci est en charge de la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de l\u2019\u00e9tat du Poller (\u00ab\u00a0Is running\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0: yes or no). On peut, par exemple, se retrouver dans le cas o\u00f9 la supervision est bien op\u00e9rationnelle (les informations temps r\u00e9el sont \u00e0 jour) mais o\u00f9 le Poller est indiqu\u00e9 comme \u00e9tant en statut \u00ab\u00a0Not running\u00a0\u00bb.
