Support for installation includes best practice recommendations for server and hosting environment, fresh installations of Centreon or troubleshooting of existing installations and downloads. (Windows and Mac environments not supported)

 

Centreon Usage issues

Our Centreon consulting experts can help you make the most of Centreon Nagios and answer any "how to" questions.

 

Basic configuration issues

If you’re having any issues with product configuration, we can help you configure your monitoring platform for a proper setup.


Troubleshooting, Bug Fixes and Escalation

This includes the diagnosis and in most cases, the resolution of any functional or visual issues for the entire monitoring product.


Technical development request

In order to not lose your credits at the end of a year subscription, you can ask for a specific code development.
