First of all, we would like to thank all those who came to visit us during the exhibition.
Once again, it was a pleasure to see you. Users, contributors, customers, the stand was filled up during these 3 days, there were many opinions about Centreon 2 (this led us to more work, hence a few weeks of delay before the beta release). Here are the top 5 topics that our visitors were interested in :-) - Distributed monitoring with Centreon 2. - Difference between Centreon and Oreon, which is only a small change in the name... And Merethis' position as the editor. - Advanced reporting, BI oriented, as we presented it with BIRT. - Easiness to use the Centreon Nagios monitoring in an application domain. - Professional modules with strong value-added such as CentMap and CentQos. During the end of the exhibition, we made an interesting encounter with the designers and developers of the GLPI software. This gave us an idea about the work we could do in collaboration. Communication should be done on the forum of GLPI, your ideas and precious suggestions are needed, we would like to know what may seem essential and important to you. This will help us to determine a roadmap of an API for these two softwares. We are glad to see the growth of our community and we are very proud to see that many companies use our solution for their offers and services! Now, we expect very significant contributions from you ;-) See you next year!
