Extension presentation
Centreon Business Intelligence offers a profound exploitation of data collected by your Centreon monitoring system. Centreon BI is powered by a very powerful reporting engine and offers the possibility to generate custom made dashboards on the performance and availability of your IT.
Based on archives and data collected by Centreon, the reports generated by Centreon BI allow you to accurately analyze data that you are interested in and thus allow you to have an effective reaction on your IT when that is necessary.

Integrated scheduling engine |
Centreon BI integrates a task scheduler in order to generate reports. On the web interface of Centreon, you can easily configure dates and periodicity of creation of your dashboards. Report generations can be made in a programmed and periodic way (night, end of month etc.) or on demand from the web interface of Centreon. Reports are available in different formats such as HTML and PDF. |

Automatic report archiving
|
Reports that are generated by the scheduler are stored in a visible workspace. A tree view list and filters are available in order for you to find very quickly your information and reports.

Flexible report templates |
|
Reports are based on templates. Centreon BI provides a first serie of customizable templates that are adaptable with number of resources. Each template uses a serie of parameters allowing it to extend its usage.
There are two ways to extend the number and range of reports :

Restricted access |
| Centreon BI is an extension that is perfectly integrated in Centreon. Access rules are common to both Centreon and Centreon BI. It is therefore possible to grant access to users on all the reports or part of them. Similarly, dashboards can be generated on demand only on the restricted resource perimeter of the user. |
